Will I receive a tracking number and how can I track my package?

We ship using both USPS and UPS. Shipment method varies on each item you purchase. All USPS delivery confirmation numbers will go straight to the email address placed on your order. Items that are shipped UPS from our location will also have tracking numbers sent straight to your email.

I did not receive a tracking number. Has it shipped? How do I track it?

If you have not received a tracking number yet the quickest way to get a status update on your order is to email us at sales@tqsatv.com.

Do you offer any forum member discounts or special military discounts?

Occasionally we will run and offer discount codes on specific items through internet forums. Forums we offer codes through are raptorforum.com, trx450r.org, yfzcentral.com, yfztech.com, ltr450hq.com, kfx450hq.com, moddedraptor.com, raptorsource.com. Please note the majority of the time we do not have codes available. Although we greatly appreciate our military personal we do not offer a military discount. Our items are discounted so low to begin with it is very hard for us to offer further discounts and still make money.

Do you ship internationally? What is the approximate delivery time?

Yes we ship worldwide. Through online orders we offer USPS priority and USPS express delivery methods. Priority takes approximately 6-10 days and Express takes 3-5 days. By phone or email orders we also offer UPS services.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping varies on weight and the method you choose. Please add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process to see your shipping charges.

I have an international order and my tracking number is not updating. Is there a problem?

Probably not. USPS is often times to update the tracking online. Please be patient and keep checking on it. Often times specific countries customs can be very slow to clear the package. In the future you might want to use express shipping.

I have an item I would like to return. What is the policy and how do I go about doing this?

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is incorrect because of our fault. When returning an item please include in the box your full name, address, Order ID number and why you are returning. Once the item is received allow up to 48 hrs for the return to be processed. Please note we do not refund shipping charges.
